Designed and built between 1925 and 1928, the Dade County Courthouse is a significant Miami high-rise. The iconic building served continuously as the Dade County seat until 1985 and as a courthouse for over ninety-four years since the formal dedication on September 6, 1928. Now, with a brand new $852MM courthouse under construction across the street, the future of this historic tower remains uncertain.
